for all of our pressed ceramic
restorations (PTM). Authentic™
is a pressable ceramic for
PFM's and for all-ceramic
crowns, bridges and veneers.
Authentic™ is the first
ceramic system developed with
all the advantages of the
most commonly used techniques
- PFM and pressable ceramics
united in one. Now, PFM crowns
and bridges can be made next
to full ceramic restorations
while using the same ceramic
system. The final result is
to achieve identical esthetics
in all lighting conditions.
By using adhesive based glassfibered-composite
cores, even endodontically
treated abutment teeth can
be restored in full ceramic
with high translucency. Because
of highly accurate marginal
fits, luting gaps are virtually
invisible. This also results
in very low tension build
up between the restoration
and tooth structure. |
