In MyiTero (practice administrator): Settings › Practice Settings › My Labs › Add Lab, search for Staindent and click Connect.

Conventional impressions
Shipping a physical case
- Complete the online Rx (print the summary for the box), or download the Crown & Bridge Rx or Removables Rx form.
- Include doctor, patient, date wanted, shade, pontic design and any notes, and sign the form.
- Bag the impression and bite, and attach the Rx form.
- Ship the case with a prepaid Purolator waybill (all shipping is covered by Staindent Dental Lab; request a waybill), or, in Grande Prairie only, arrange a local pickup: pickups happen throughout the day, with a 4:00 pm cutoff. Offices elsewhere in the Peace Region ship with a prepaid Purolator waybill.
Shade photos
For anterior and esthetic cases, a series of six shade photos helps us match accurately. Email them to stainlab@gmail.com.

Grande Prairie: crowns & bridges 5 working days (up to 4 units) or 7 (5+ units); anterior 7; implants 10 (subject to parts); splints 5. Local pickup in Grande Prairie only (throughout the day, 4:00 pm cutoff).
Elsewhere in the Peace Region & Canada: the same working days plus a few days in transit; prepaid Purolator, shipping paid by us.
