Our turnaround schedule in full working days for local Grande Prairie offices. Offices elsewhere in the Peace Region and across Canada should allow a few extra days for Purolator shipping.

If a case requires less time than the above, it is subject to a rush fee of $52 per unit. We observe stat holidays.

Typical turnaround for local Grande Prairie offices, depending on the case (see the schedule above).
Grande Prairie: local pickups happen throughout the day, with a 4:00 pm cutoff. Rest of the Peace Region: ship with a prepaid Purolator waybill, covered by Staindent, and allow a few extra days in transit.

All shipping is paid by Staindent Dental Lab. Ask for a prepaid Purolator waybill online, by phone at 1 (780) 532-2129, or by email at stainlab@gmail.com.
Good to know
- Turnaround is counted in full working days (Monday – Friday); we observe stat holidays.
- Indicate your date wanted on the Rx form — call 1 (780) 532-2129 if the case is time-sensitive.
- Rush service is available: a case that needs less time than the schedule is subject to a rush fee of $52 per unit.
- Shipping: Purolator across Canada, including the Peace Region outside Grande Prairie, paid by Staindent Dental Lab. Local pickup is available in Grande Prairie only, throughout the day with a 4:00 pm cutoff.
- Lab hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm (Mountain Time).
