Crowns & Bridges
Gold Crowns
Full-cast gold for longevity and strength where esthetics are not the priority.

Gold crowns are the gold standard: what they lack in esthetics they make up for in longevity and strength. The malleability of gold allows very thin occlusal clearance while resisting breaking or cracking under heavy load.
Margins are easily burnished and the softness of the alloy allows quick polishing. Although an older technique, gold serves its purpose when other options have been exhausted.
